As people age, they require less space, and they have more accessibility problems and fall risks. There are issues with stairs and wheelchair accessibility, and even maintaining a large home can be a challenge to elderly or disabled people.
Having all that in mind, we have created the WELL model, making it the perfect form for retirement or municipal housing.
This micro-house is designed around the special needs of elderly and disabled people. Care is taken to ensure that the home is ultimately mobility-friendly and accessible, with a ramp leading up to the house, a wide entrance, and zero trip hazards.
The walls are reinforced where handrails in the bathroom are installed to ensure a sturdy object to grip nearby when needed.
The WELL has three main functional areas inside and a terrace outside and serves as a full-year residency and can permanently accommodate one or two people.

All ecostructum® micro-houses come fully equipped with integrated furniture and appliances. The only thing a future resident needs is to arrange a building foundation with sufficient weight-bearing capacity on 8 points, and have connection to water, sewage, and electricity in advance.
